ALL BUS NOTES MUST INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER WHERE WE CAN REACH YOU IF AN ISSUE ARISES. IF WE CAN'T REACH YOU, YOUR CHILD MAY BE SENT HOME ON THEIR REGULAR BUS.
Bus notes can be sent with your child or faxed to us at 541-576-2705. If your child has forgotten their note or if you find yourself unable to meet the bus stop on time, you may email or text a bus note to [email protected] . We must have your current email address on file for you to use this option and all emails must be received by 3:00 pm. We will also send a "message received" confirmation by 3:15 pm to let you know we received your email. If you don't receive this confirmation your child will be taken to their regular stop.
BY LAW, WE CANNOT MAKE BUS CHANGES OVER THE PHONE (OAR 581-53-010) (External Link) In an emergency situation please make arrangements to have someone else meet your child at your bus stop.
